Trained tour guides provide 30-40 minute daily tours throughout the Fort describing what life was like during the 19th century all the way to soldiers stationed in the Fort during World War II

A 22-minute movie plays every half hour on the history of Fort Macon; the coastal exhibits highlight the commonly found shells, migrating birds, plant life, and how unchecked pollution will damage all of these.

Come out and see an Artillery demonstration of some of your favorite cannons.
